Zygoma reduction

- The front of the cheekbones is cut in an L shape through an incision inside the mouth. The size of the L-shaped incision is based on the size of the cheekbones.
- The side of the cheekbones is approached through an incision made in the sideburn area.
- Excess bone is removed.

- The cheekbones are securely and firmly fixed with titanium pins.
